Appointments
Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. We recommend arriving on time to ensure you receive your full service.
Cancellations & No-Shows
We ask that clients provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling whenever possible. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require a deposit before future appointments.
Walk-In Services
Walk-ins are welcome and are served based on staff availability.
Payments
Payment is due at the completion of services. We accept approved forms of payment available at our salon.
Independent Service Providers
Overstreet's Travel Salon & Barbershop is home to a team of talented, licensed independent professionals. While we work together to provide an exceptional experience for every client, each service provider may manage their own schedule, pricing, booking policies, and services.
For questions regarding appointments, availability, pricing, cancellations, or specific services, please contact your selected service provider directly.
Transportation Services
At Overstreet's Travel Salon & Barbershop, we believe everyone deserves access to quality salon and barber services. Transportation is available as a convenience for our clients and is subject to scheduling and availability.
Clients requesting transportation are asked to provide accurate pickup information and be ready at the scheduled pickup time. If you would like transportation for your appointment, please contact us in advance so arrangements can be made.
Satisfaction
Our goal is to provide exceptional service. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify management within 48 hours so we can discuss an appropriate solution.
